1. Information we collect
Contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp, email), travel details (dates, departure city, number of travellers, preferences) and, when you book, passport copies, photographs, CNIC and other documents needed for tickets, hotels and visas.
This website does not ask for passport or payment details. Our enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your message filled in; nothing is stored on the website itself.
2. How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, make bookings, apply for visas, issue tickets and vouchers, and keep you updated about your trip. We do not sell your information.
3. Sharing
We share only what is needed with the airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, embassies and insurers involved in your booking, and with authorities where the law requires it.
4. Passport and document handling
Passport copies and documents are used only for your booking or application, are shared only with the parties named above and are kept only as long as needed for the booking, accounting and legal requirements.
5. Third-party services
We use WhatsApp, email and phone to communicate with you. Their own privacy policies apply to messages sent through them. Links to partner sites (for example hotel booking partners) are covered by those partners’ policies.
6. Your choices
