These terms apply to all bookings made with Nagina International Tour and Travel (Pvt) Ltd ("Nagina Travels", "we"), licensed by DTS (No. 12488) and registered with SECP (No. 0095002). By confirming a booking you agree to them.
1. Quotes and prices
Prices depend on travel dates, airline, hotel, room sharing and availability. A quote is valid only for the time stated in it and is confirmed only when we receive the advance and confirm the booking in writing.
Airline fares, hotel rates, visa fees and government charges can change before they are issued. If a supplier changes a price before issue, we will tell you before proceeding.
2. Booking and payment
To book, send your passport copy, travel dates, departure city and the number of travellers. A booking is confirmed after the agreed advance is paid; the balance must be paid by the date we give you, before tickets, visas or vouchers are issued.
Payments are made by bank transfer, online transfer or other company-approved methods to the official company account shared after confirmation. A receipt is issued for every payment. Please do not pay into any personal account.
3. Visas
Visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. No travel agency can guarantee a visa. Processing times are estimates and can change.
You are responsible for giving complete and correct documents and information. Visa fees and service charges for an application that has already been submitted are usually not refundable.
4. Travel documents and health requirements
Passports should normally be valid for at least six months from the travel date. You are responsible for meeting entry, vaccination (for example polio, where required) and other health requirements of the countries you visit.
Names on bookings must match passports exactly. Name corrections are subject to airline rules and may carry charges.
5. Changes and cancellations
Date changes, cancellations and refunds follow the rules of the airline, hotel, transport provider and visa authority involved, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please tell us as early as possible.
6. Hotels, transport and itineraries
Hotels are confirmed as named "or similar" in your package. Distances to the Haram are approximate. Transport, meals and ziyarat are included only where stated in your confirmation.
For Umrah, Hajj and ziyarat travel, the rules and instructions of the Saudi, Iraqi, Iranian or other authorities apply and may change at short notice.
7. Our responsibility
We arrange travel services provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers and act on your behalf with them. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or decisions made by those suppliers or by government authorities, but we will help you deal with them.
